Returns policy for products purchased online

We want our customers to love every purchase they make from Dharma Bums. If you are not 100% happy when you receive your order for any reason simply return it in the condition you receive it and we will offer you an exchange or refund (minus original delivery costs) no questions asked! See below for further details.

Follow the instructions below to ensure a smooth and happy transaction follows:

Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

  1. Products must be returned within 30 days of purchase for domestic and international orders*.
  2. Original tags must remain attached.
  3. Item(s) must be in original condition, unworn, unsoiled and in original packaging
  4. Sale items may be refunded within 30 days of purchase if they are in original condition, unworn, unsoiled, in original packaging and with tags attached. After 30 days of purchase, sale items can only be returned in exchange for a credit note.

* No items which have make-up marks will be accepted for exchange or return (this includes any tanning marks)

HOW TO RETURN AND EXCHANGE - within the UK

  1. Email customerservice@dharmabums.co.uk explaining the reason for your return and what to would like us to do; exchange, refund or store credit. This will not affect the refund or return in anyway. Your feedback simply helps us make a better product. 
  2. You will then be emailed a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) label, which MUST be placed on the return item.
  3. Ensure all tags are intact and items are unworn as per the conditions above
  4. Send the item back to us to the address on the RMA Label by tracking post. Please ensure you hold on to the tracking number to ensure a safe return as Dharma Bums cannot be held liable for returned items that are lost in the post. Expenses associated with postage shall not be refunded on any return items.
  5. Included the following items in your satchel:
            ·         The items you wish to return/exchange

Once your package is received by Dharma Bums your exchange or refund will be processed immediately. If you want an exchange the postage back to you via registered post is FREE.

Refunds will be made to the credit card or PayPal account which was used to purchase your Dharma Bums items.

Refunds exclude any shipping charges incurred by the customer on the original order or the return. Shipping charges will be deducted from any refunds.

Please note, Dharma Bums cannot be held liable for any items lost in transit, so keep the tracking number safe!  

HOW TO RETURN AND EXCHANGE - for International orders

Please note Dharma Bums does not offer free International returns or exchanges. If you wish to return an item for a refund, the shipping cost shall be deducted from your refund.

If you would like to exchange an item, the shipping costs are not covered by Dharma Bums.  Any packages sent must have a valid international tracking number. 

Dharma Bums cannot be held liable for any items lost in transit.

Please remember to indicate on the package that the items are intended “for exchange”. Without such notice, the package is at risk of attracting additional customs duties and taxes.

Please note - if you wish to make an exchange we are happy to do so as long as the stock is available. If the stock is not available, a credit note or refund will be offered as an alternative.

NOTE: From the point at which your returned item is received in our warehouse, please allow 5-7 business days for the garment to be inspected and the return to be processed. If required, any exchanges will then be dispatched via normal shipping methods.

 REFUNDS:

If we are unable to deliver the item you ordered, the item is faulty/damaged or the item is not what you ordered, we will gladly refund you for the total amount of your order.

Refunds can only be credited back to the credit card or PayPal account that was used to make the original purchase. The refund will be processed as soon as the items have been received by Dharma Bums, however, please allow 14 days from the day you return the product for your account to be credited.
